After another negative experience and leaving a negative review about another local car wash, I decided to give this one a try again after avoiding it due to a previous bad experience from years ago. The result was the same as before. Completely untouched in large spots. Basically the same review I left the other place. Unacceptable as an automated carwash for 15$ plus. The only plus was there was no line, likely because everyone else has had the same negative experience.nnIf this was maybe a quick 5 dollar cleaning to get most of it off, it might be acceptable. But at this price, the vehicle needs to be noticeably clean, and you should hsve to go looking for spots that it missed. Not see it from 50ft away.
This car wash does not clean my car very well. I've tried a few times with the same results. Once recently I ran the car through twice back to back with the same unclean result. The staff then said they just had the car wash adjusted.
I had a very bad experience with Navpreet. I requested her for assistance with car wash as App was not opening on phone due to glitch. First of all, she completely denied to help I never experienced in past at any other petro-Canada's location then on my request she gave the customer care number.nI phoned and it was long waiting time meanwhile I went in store again and requested her for any alternative if possible as I am in hurry. She replied rudely and said I already give you the number and I can't do anything else. She gave angry face expressions and walked away from the store floor to back room. On asking tonanother gentleman from staff standing on the counter, He told me that she is a supervisor then I lost the hope of better customer service from this store if supervisoris like this . She has very negative attitude.nLeft the store disappointedly.nI will never go back to this store and recommend to anyone to visit them.
Just went thru the car wash and it was out of soap on the first 2 sprayers/soap dispensers for the side wash of the vehicle I could hear the clicking but nothing coming out. So I called and let them know. They looked at my car and said no it's looks clean and they did not give me another proper car wash. Poor customer service in my opinion. We usually purchase the car wash passes. And will no longer do it. Dirt is still on my tires. And the cashier said no, it looks clean.
Warning: Only washed one side of my car and damaged the top of the fender if my car. The manager gave me the run around about the damage and finally told me that because I left the property there was nothing they would do for me. I now have three dents in my car that was caused by their car wash. I would recommend checking your car over immediately after going through.
