I filled up gas and paid. After driving for a bit notice the range km in my car was the same before fueling. Called and the person said called back in 20 mins so she can checked but when call back after 1 hr she said need to call back again tomorrow to speak with manager so they can check their system. I asked if a manager was present now and she yes but can’t speak. I asked why can’t the manager check their system now and need to wait to tomorrow. She said nothing else… everyone need to be caution at this location !!!’
Their car wash isn’t working properly. My car came out looking as if it had never been washed. When I requested a refund, they offered me a ticket to use the car wash again until 10 AM the next morning. I had already waited in line for an hour, and there was a long queue. I don’t have time to wait in line again.
This has got to be the slowest carwash in the GTA. If you are not the first few cars in line, be prepared to wait an hour. Even with the slow wash, the pre-rinse is lacking, and the car still comes out wet after the dryer.
Tuesday 10.15pm I went into the station to pay. long story short I was paying 200 cash. The rude boy with attitude did not want to accept it...he went on and on. the person behind me paid.???.nI pump 200 every week he said IF I DONT LEAVE HE WILL CALL 911..... I only had cash. I went to a other petro and pumped 200 went in and paid????. Next time I will go on shellnnLol same guy different location same problem. Family must own this place. PETRO-CANADA DOES NOT CARE . the car wash did not wash my vehicle 90%. I did go inside befor paying another 200. Zoom in and read the payment
First time having car washing at Newmarket Petro Canada location. We got the season pass with extra 5 wash after registered on the mobile apps. It’s so convenient and just to enter the code shown on the screen & key into the apps and here we go ! We had a great time having the car wash with a very new car wash system with beautiful lights and touchless washing. The staff at the the store are very sincere and helpful for all my questions and concerns. We have had a fun night spending at this Petro canada
