Had the worst experience today from this location today at 4:30pmDec 15-2023,I waited 15-20 minutes for may car wash and at last when it came to my turn I tried typing in the code showing on screen and it was showing error.Pressed on help button and I raised the problem to the staff.Waited some time to get response and at last she asked me to visit her at store.I let her know I can't back up as I have cars waiting behind me and I dont feel to drive forward as I know this will make scratches to my car as the curtain for carwash was down in closed form but the staff never tried to come out and figure out the problem .Instead she forced me to drive forward by saying it won't scratch.Atlast listening to ther advise I drive up to store and after some wait I got a car wash as they cant figure the problem.I had to spend my time again on Que for washing my car as they asked me to drive up and get in to store .When I came back home I checked my car and there is visible scratches on hood and body from their curtain.Whom should I report this? This is totally stressful eventhough I mentioned about getting scratches staff forced me to drive through curtain instead of coming out to help.I spend huge money on car wash from petrocanada to get season pass and now I have to pay for fixing my car which is totally un acceptable
Worst petro Canada car wash in the area I got the season pass to wash my car everyday and their closed most of the days in the week also their dryer time is very fast it doesn’t even dry the car.
Reviewing the car wash only as that's what I used.nnMy vehicle is a full sized half ton truck. It was dusty from driving on a few gravel roads. There were bugs on the front grill.nnI paid 16 bucks for the premium wash.nnThe bugs were all still on the front of the truck. The rear of the truck was still covered in dust. The wheels came out dirty and the whole driver side didn't come clean.nnKnow what you call a partially cleaned vehicle? Dirty.nnThis car wash unfortunately does not clean you vehicle.nnI'll let photos speak for themselves.
Probably the lousiest car wash I n the area. The floor belt doesn’t work & you have to drive the car. Second time I came here because other wash was closed.nWould never repeat the mistake .nFIX IT !!!
