My experience with Pet Max was amazing. I had a problem with my delivery and they were fast, efficient, caring and professional when helping me. More than I expected. I also would like to mention the professionalism of one of their online employees: Bryan. I will be looking forward to buying from them again. I highly recommend Pet Max.
I came in to pick up an online order, and also to ask for some help choosing a harness for my slippery little puppy. The gals on staff were SO excited to greet my two doggos, and gave them lots of love and even cookies. They were super friendly and helpful. They fitted my pup with a harness so I could walk around the store to try it out for a bit. They even forgave my big pup for peeing on their display he says sorry! It's a large store, with lots of amazing products, but the staff are what makes the place special.
I bought a case of wet food for my newly adopted cat, only to find out she doesn't care for wet food! Bryan from customer service took care of the details and sent me a shipping label so that I could return the food. He made the whole process so easy! I have recommended Pet Max to my friends and neighbours and I will be buying all my cat supplies from them!
I always order my dog's food online and so far never had a problem with Petmax. They're very efficient, fast and reliable company. The free shipping is very convenient for us living in different province as well. Highly recommended!
The workers are so helpful and friendly. Prices are much better in comparison to other big box stores but you don't have that care that these workers have for your animals. Definitely recommend this place for all your animal care needs!
Hamilton Petmax has provided me with very fast online delivery and great service. I live in eastern Ontario and received my order from them the very next day with exactly what I ordered. One time, a small error was in my order, to err is human-ha!, anyways, I notified them, and it was corrected the next day. This is how a business should be operated and I highly recommend them.

It's our go to store for my dog's food. The staff are great. We book our dog for a nail trim and it's only $10.
