I hate that I need to shop here for hamster supplies. I hate that the pet land company doesn't take the health of all its animals seriously. There are hamsters in far too small enclosures with not even enough bedding, the betta fish are in too small enclosures and 95% of them had fin rot!!!

Clingy sales representative all too eager to make a sale implied they were to receive a commission, making disingenuous of much instigation on their parts. The prices seemed to only limit obtaining the minimum products required to maintain a healthy pet above the lower income bracket. I love this red eared slider, which I must acknowledge was not acquired at Petland.
My first experience at Pet land was an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly, super efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
There were so many dead fish, fish paired with aggressive fish, animals in to small enclosures, the only reason I’m giving it a 1 is for the parrot. I work at a pet store and this is gross

I got my two budgies here a few days ago after the death of my bird, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the place was well managed! Lots of well cared for animals of all types. I'm happy to say Flippy and Chica are doing great!
