We had Sunday brunch here with friends, so it was packed and they don't take reservations. Despite having to serve all their customers, the wait staff did an excellent job. Some of you reviewers need to take this situation into serious consideration when you review restaurants. Now the food. The food was flavourful and it was the right portion for me--I ordered the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and avacado. The only thing I found "wrong" with my order is that it wasn't hot. It wasn't even warm, but it tasted wonderful despite that. My guess is that it had been waiting to be served a little bit too long because of the crowd. As far as menu items, you have a lot to choose from.
My oh my how I missed Petinos! One of my favourite places to go have breakfast or for a brunch!! Place is cleaned, including the bathrooms!! It is COVID friendly, they have divisions in between the tables to separate people. Kids food is generous and staff very friendly and attentive. The food is amazing and the portions are generous!! They are short staffed as any other place, so be friendly with the staff, at least they’re there and doing their part to make it enjoyable. Obviously will be going back!!!
Great breakfasts served!!! Quality, quantity and price are fair! Feels like you are on a Sunday having your brunch. Staff is very helpful and kind! We are going to be back.
Only giving written review because I'm asked to do so. I did not want to provide details but here we are. Experience could be different from one client to another. Customer service was bad, we were told we could have a specific product, were served a different one we asked for non-lactose drink and were told it was going to be provided, then we were told it wasnt possible so we were given lactose in the drink. We also asked for extra cheese in one of the plates... in the food and were given 2 squares of cheese on a plate aside. Is as if there is no effort whatsoever. Just the bare minimum to get by. We asked for some ketchup, the ketchup was old, if you can't tell when ketchup is old dark red color, stickier texture and certainly different taste. Same generic brand no excuse , why even serve people at all. The food was tasteless, the only thing that gave the food taste one of the dishes, was the excessive amount of chocolate that hides any other taste, giving no sense to the whole thing. If I wanted to drink chocolate, I might as well go to super c and buy a bottle of it. The dish had tasteless fruits and lots of chocolate... is supposed to be composed of different flavors. This was clearly not the case. The smoothies, were more like... a mountain of ice with a little bit of flavor. Simply the minimum effort to call it a smoothie. Again, this is my personal point of view. If someone likes this... Then, go to this place. I have not gone back to this restaurant and will never do so. I will not write an email to your team, as I do not care to claim anything from you nor ever come back to it.
We have done it all, take out, dine in, delivery and are always happy. Food is delicious, staff is great and portions are generous. Never have to wait too long for our order to be taken or for our food to be served. Our go to for sure!

Excellente,very satisfied with service especially Penny that is the manager over there one of the most kind and caring person at the restaurant,it would not be the same without her,I went from Laval to Charlemagne just to see penny!!

What a amazing experience I had at Petinos today. From the food to the service, I was extremely satisfied and I am looking forward to come back very soon. But what was truly incredible was how Harry the owner personally took care of my family and I. My grandfather is 95 and is starting to have a hard time moving around, however, Harry went above and beyond to accommodate us and would check up on us through out our sit-down. What a true and caring man!
