Petinos expanded! We didn’t have to wait for a table. We ordered the American breakfast the steak was definitely bigger than i expected and it did not disappoint. Perfectly seared and seasoned. The smoked meat was melting and flavourful. The fried chicken part of the chicken and waffle was so so. The chicken had too much breading but the waffle was very good!
1st time tried this place and I must say my friend & I loved it. Although we went in @9a.m when & it started to get busy, there was no delay for our food and the waitress was very nice. Fresh fruits, nice portion of food and a nice variety to choose from. I will definitely come back again to try to the plates.

Really big plates filled with food. I love the half waffle combo plates. They are reasonably priced and really filling. You can't make a reservation but it's really big and can seat 9 without much wait time. Their chicken waffle is surprisingly good, no wonder they have a Chicken as logo. If you're looking for a good chain breakfast place that doesn't start with "egg" in their name, give this place a try.
We went to Petinos in the afternoon when they were about to close the kitchen. They had a strange rule about ordering, everyone must order even if they are not hungry. We ended up ordering four items which was too much and had to take an entire plate home. The Gaspésien benedict was absolutely delicious and I still have cravings for it. The waffle was okay, but too sweet. The fresh fruits were not ripe, but custard dip was okay. Please do not order any drinks, they were extraordinarily sweet and seemed like it was made out of grocery store syrup rather than fruits.
5 star food and service. Fair prices and big portions. Food comes out fast and hot. Very well done. Great job.Food: 5/5
Wonderful brunch place. Our waiter was funny and really nice. Got our plates in no time depsite the crowd. The portions are huge ! Everything tasted great. Their combos with waffles, crepes or pancakes are a must ! Do not expect to eat another meal after going to Petinos, you'll be full for the whole day.
The service staff know their menu very well. Very kind waiters, and waitresses, that are completely bilingual! Massive servings! Very generous on the bacon ! I dare you to eat it all : I have recommended this place to a few people and every person has been very satisfied. Will continue to go back there as it is our new family favorite. Keep up the great work!
First time here. Was delicious! Fast service, and our food came fast. Great portions, lots of variety in the menu too! Only thing is I find they are a bit pricey compared to other breakfast restaurants.
Great family friendly clean breakfast restaurant on the south side. Fast efficient service. Food tastes great.
