Excellent customer service. The food is too good. Best waffles I've eaten in my life. I took the Monteregerie half waffle with fresh fruits, english cream and extra nutella with eggs, sausage, potatoes and toast. I was not disappointed. I am definitely going back. This is my new favourite. must try
We went there for lunch and dinner on a weekday. Parking is easy because in an outdoor shopping center. The welcome is warm. The restaurant is clean and the staff seem to like it. We waited a few minutes as it was very busy. We got a table for four even though we were only two. The service was quick.

My second meal was a massively sized omelet. Quantities were large and very fresh. Very well known for their waffles with whipped cream, bananas, nutella etc. Even though I didn't order this, the hostess recognized us from our first visit and brought me a small portion of their delicious waffle on the house. awesome
Waited 40 minutes for out table after realising that they forgot out name on the waitlist. Plates are so big that there isn't enough room on the table. So a positive and negative prices are decent however our coffee and water was often empty.
Food was great, service was lacking...went back and service was very good. I was in Montreal for 2 weeks and ate at Petinos 3 times. Loved it
