the busses are consistently late if they even bother to show up which is terrible for school and work. To be able to show up on time for work I am forced to take a bus that comes significantly early because I never know if the bus I actually need will be here on time or at all. I have missed several classes due to this issue and been late to work on multiple occasions. Moreover, when busses are cancelled they post it on twitter/X which you need an account to access any recent posts. The system is terrible.
if i could rate Zero i definitely would. the drivers are unprofessional and run late very frequently causing local workers to be late for there jobs. resulting in lost wages, what does the city plan to do to make it up for that, another pickle ball court instead of fixing the routes and schedules.
The Peterborough Bus has not been running about Three, four days people can't get out for work's going places because of weather . It's been The bus driver can't drive in bad weather when bad snow storm and freezing rain .
If I could give 0 stars I would. Smells like human urine absolutely disgusting. Was in between the doors as to not be where it isn’t cold was asked to move by the security guard, I asked why I couldn’t stand in there, was told because ita fire hazard. Makes sense so I moved, was waiting outside the door away from the wind was asked to not block the button that I wasn’t blocking when I told the security guard I wasn’t blocking anything and would gladly step forward if needed, was told im being grumpy. Explained that I didn’t want to be in where it smells like piss or outside where its -40 was told it’s not -40 and welcome to canada. About 2 minutes later asked me if I was even waiting for a bus. I have been waiting here since 1.5 hrs now and the bus I need is still not here which should have been here before 40 mins. It is really disappointing for student like us who rely on buses for transportation and now have to wait another hour for a bus as only one bus goes near our home.
