I got my passport renewed here. The lady at the front upon walking in was super kind and friendly. The wait to get seen was not long at all and there were plenty of chairs. The space was clean and inviting. The other lady I saw who submitted my application was kind as well. I got my passport pretty much spot on for time. They told me when it would be mailed out and they were nearly 100% correct. I got it in the mail a little sooner than that. Great experience, I'll go back here for any of my needs.
Went in to renew both my husband's and my passport this morning at the Peterborough office. Took a total of 40 minutes including a short line up. All service reps were friendly but especially Janique who processed our renewals. She was so helpful and well informed. Thank you so much Janique.
Entirely unhelpful. Was given a number to call about my passport application which when called results in a robot saying they can't take my call and hanging up on me. Went back in to ask for help and all they could do is tell me to call the same number.nHow does a government service not have a hold or queue system?nAt least the guy was nice when initially applying.
In lesson visit to get my passport application in. Greeted at the front and I was served within minutes. The client service rep was friendly and helped me correct some of the entries on the form. She was great at explaining the process and timeliness. Great. Job!
Efficient and friendly. Thank you to Sydney for processing my mom’s passport. Sydney was kind and caring and explained the process clearly to my mom. I appreciate staff like Sydney that take their time with elderly people. Thanks for a good efficient experience.
