I want to recognize Susan at Service Canada Peterborough! I was there last week and I was pretty overwhelmed and Susan was the PERFECT agent for me!! And this office overall is EXCELLENT!! I have to say that I was REALLY pleasantly surprised! lol There are lots of agents ready to help - they process people continuously and efficiently. The wait time was so much less than I expected! Susan immediately sensed my anxiety and she met me with a big warm sweet smile and told me it would be just fine. She put my mind at ease right out of the gate. She sooooo patiently looked over my very large form - like about 50 pages and made sure that I hadn’t missed anything - hugely helpful and reassuring for me!! She made me a copy so that I would not worry about forgetting and she got it submitted. Susan is an EXCEPTIONAL agent, totally client-centred, very calm and calming, and she was exactly who I needed that day!! Susan is a fantastic ambassador for the Service Canada brand - she is just amazing!! Thank you Susan!! You REALLY helped to allow me to let go of a lot of anxiety about this, and I appreciate you so much!!
I stopped in at this office on 29 May to have a document sent off to the SC office in Timmins. The staff here are most friendly and helpful. Very pleasant visit, and proud of the people who provide us such great service.
Went to office on October 23 for passport renewal. Met by friendly receptionist who informed us we had a 30 minute wait. True to her word we were called in a half hour. Janique was very professional and met all our needs. She was very comfortable to talk with and made it a very easy experience.nKudos to Janique and all the staff that we dealt with.
Sydney was amazing! I took in 4 passport applications and she was so helpful and patient in giving instructions on what was missing for each. I was only able to get 1 done but left feeling very appreciative and less anxious about the entire process! Best experience ever! Thank you, Sydney, for your genuine kindness and care.
Great staff very knowledgeable and professional they made the whole Passport process painless plus the email appointment reminders etc were helpful
