Excellent customer service. We have had the privilege of using their services a few times. They completed wiring our hot tub up for us as well as upgrading our lighting/electrical system for our patio. Helped us to transform our outdoor living space.

They are always quick efficient to show up for the repairs and installations needed. Not to mention the courteous and professional services they provide when here. Can always count on them to get out old machines back up and running and the new ones installed properly and promptly to keep our production running smoothly. Jerry and Dan have gotten our company out of a lot of sticky situations.

Dan upgraded my electrical panel. He was professional, quick, friendly, and left a clean work area. He was able to do the upgrade in a very timely manner and was great to deal with. Would highly recommend Dan and Peterborough Industrial.

Our business has worked with PIS as our preferred electrical trade partner for around 5 years. I would guess that probably means well over a hundred project experiences with them. They have always been quickly responsive when we need pricing input, and have the bench strength to provide electrical technicians quickly when a “short notice” project comes up. Their electricians can be trusted to be respectful, clean and courteous, as well as completely capable at their trade. We have used them for very small service calls as well as substantial building and remodeling projects. As with most building trades, the work is often a major investment. Responsible electricians are not going to be cheap, but I have ALWAYS felt that PIS delivered an excellent value to us, and that we have not once been taken advantage of. These are the things that any homeowner or contractor hiring any trade should consider – responsiveness, respect, integrity and of course, a can-do attitude, backed up by knowledge and capability.

Peterborough Industrial Services rewired our kitchen for our new kitchen renovation. We have an older and very unique home and the job was complex --for residential, Peterborough Industrial Services problem solved everything and did a great job. Excellent customer service!

Had a wiring problem in my house. Contacted Dan fast response back. Came to take a look within 1/2 hour had my problem fixed and no issues since. Would highly recommend. Friendly fellows.
