Lost power in half our apartment at about 8pm on a Thursday evening. Ty got back to us so quickly and visited the next morning to take a look at the issue. Definitely thought the issue was simpler than it was and was not able to fix it right away but was super professional, replied to quickly to our service call and gave us the best recommendations to us to solve our issue. They are always quick efficient to show up for the repairs and installations needed. Not to mention the courteous and professional services they provide when here. Can always count on them to get out old machines back up and running and the new ones installed properly and promptly to keep our production running smoothly. Our business has worked with PIS as our preferred electrical trade partner for around 5 years. I would guess that probably means well over a hundred project experiences with them. They have always been quickly responsive when we need pricing input, and have the bench strength to provide electrical technicians quickly when a “short notice” project comes up. Their electricians can be trusted to be respectful, clean and courteous, as well as completely capable at their trade. We have used them for very small service calls as well as substantial building and remodeling projects. As with most building trades, the work is often a major investment. Responsible electricians are not going to be cheap, but I have ALWAYS felt that PIS delivered an excellent value to us, and that we have not once been taken advantage of. These are the things that any homeowner or contractor hiring any trade should consider – responsiveness, respect, integrity and of course, a can-do attitude, backed up by knowledge and capability.
