Once again I am blown away by the fantastic service by the Peterborough bus drivers. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Chris driving the #8 bus. It is a terrible icy day out and not only did he get us to our destination safely he went out of his way to make sure passenger got off the bus safely without slipping. Thank you so much to all of the amazing bus drivers for showing up on the bad weather driving safely! Truly heroic!
Some Bus drivers never even wait for someone while they see us. Bus no 6 was at 12:22 and arrived at 12:11. I was crossing the walkway with next to me bus arrived and gone. I showed them hand to wait for just 10secs. He ignored and gone. This incident happened with me twice. I was not even able to catch no7 bus because of him and was late at my workplace. However, there are still some drivers whom I appreciate for their work.
Buses really need deep cleaning.nI use bus daily for work and sick from two weeks,staying home due to sickness.nIt is a request - please maintain cleaning of buses for everyone's health and safety.nAppreciate driver's smile and service.
This bus system isn't made for average riders. It's all about student and their dstinations and ridership. The seats at front of bus are for certain people and that's great , but they won't get up for anyone that should be seated there. Drivers say nothing to these people.. Shame shame on the City of Peterborough...
I can't give lower than a 1 star, reasons are definitely to long to type, just please fix your horrible bus times and systems. bus drove right by me and my son and now we have to wait another 45min in the cold. One time a bus driver just left the bus unattended running and went into the mall for 25min. I am just sick of paying 76$ a month for sub par services.
