Round Trip to NY and back to NH. Buses clean and great driving skills by all 6 drivers (3 each way). Unfortunately only 2 of the 6 drivers wore their seat-belts. This is a D.O.T. violation under FMCSR and all commercial drivers are required to wear seat-belts. I praised the 2 drivers that were in compliance. Obviously I work in the industry. Contacted Peter Pan and they said they would address the issue. I would use them again and hopefully it will be a 5 Star experience..

I have mixed feelings, the pros are the good drivers and they get you to where you need to go, with comfortable seats unless you're sitting next to some stranger trying to put his head on your shoulder. The cons, you're not always guaranteed wifi and outlets which sucks because we dish out more money than we should for them, no more movies like they use to have it cause they're cheap apparently. Also, while the drivers are usually cool, the ladies at the front desk when you wanna pick up your tickets, are not. Rude and unhelpful. Another thing, while the seats are comfortable, the bus itself smells bad at times especially near the bathroom. I tried to pick up my tickets a few weeks ago, I couldn't, I went to Kennedy plaza, which directed me to the convention center but I needed my Id so I want back into the mall, and my car to get it, trying to get tickets but their service was "down"... what the hell and I tried calling the actual terminal for tickets but just like all businesses, they didn't answer. Thanks Amtrak for being a backup.

Buses are always timely; the driver's professional and helpful. The comfortable lobby has a snack bar which sells a variety of sandwiches, drinks and candy/dessert. The lobby boasts many windows both onto the taxi/pick-up/drop-off area and also onto the view of the arrivals and departures of the well-maintained Peter Pan fleet. From this terminal, you could begin your journey to anywhere in the continental United States!

Convenient transportation at an affordable price. Staff was nice and the rise was comfortable.

Very organized & punctual. Departed and arrived on time (Twice). Enjoyed my trips to NY. What a great service with Wi-fi inside. Our driver was so friendly & funny. I had two luggages they did not charge the extra and I am very very thankful for that. When it comes to luggages is an issue when I travel domestic in US mostly of the time I have to pay extra on affordable transport. Personally I highly recommend Peter Pan bus.
