Everything was very easy! I spoke to various people and they are very helpful in making sure you have all your documents and explain what you need in your case. Easy to upload documents, and the lawyer goes with you to your trustee meeting. Very positive experience.

I highly recommend geraci for bankruptcy help. They are friendly and professional and everything was very user friendly. They were quick to reply back to questions and have great open communication.

Filed a chapter 13, if you do not want to have a life, or eat for the next 4 years, then this is a great company. If you choose to have a life, eat 3 squares 5 days a week, then I suggest looking elsewhere. They take too much on a monthly basis for a chapter 13, and also read you paperwork very closely, they have made costly errors towards their client. Had the numbers been correct the first time, then maybe I could enjoy life a little more. To my understanding, bankruptcy is supposed to help you, not financially end you for the next 4 years. They also charge double of what any other attorney does, because they can. They spread your payments out over the term, most attorneys want a fee up front, so that is why Geraci is so popular, the reason one files a bankruptcy is because one is in a financial bind, and unable to make their monthly obligations. Hard to pony up 2000.00 (average costs) when you are broke. So i guess if in a bind, and no extra cash, Geraci is the way to go...if you have extra cash or relatives....GO ELSEWHERE. Oh and watch your taxes very carefully....if you make over a certain amount then your trustee gets a big fat bonus. done venting. ( would not allow me to give ZERO stars)
