Prepaid and ordered a pit-bull for my bike. said he was gonna call when it was in. I asked him twice if I had to call in, he said no. I had to call three times, 3 weeks later, to learn that it was in. I had to drive out to get it when I could have swung by on my way from toronto easily saving me a 120 km round trip. Customer service and attention could be better. pit-bull was 100$ more expensive then if I ordered it online but I wanted to support local. The small shops need to pay more attention to customer service if they are to compete with the amazons and bay's and survive. Guy who served me last was really nice and helpful.

Always a good place to go, shopping there online but I like to show up there because of the friendly staff. Not in stock is not a problem, they can order it for you ! Always good prices too. My #1 place for tire, aftermarket parts and gear.

I love these guys and their team. First off, they won't be beaten for prices on motorbike tires. Second, they communicated with me throughout my order/shipping process. I never had to request information. It was always supplied to me. That matters! Finally, I received a hand-written letter with my tires, thanking me for my business. Feels good, man. Top men and women. Thanks again! PS: I'm from Calgary. Don't waste your time shopping around our local spots for tires. Just place your order with Pete's and be done with it.

Best tire prices hands down! Probably best prices on anything else as well! And service is great! Quick response and order time!
