GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!! my boyfriend and I have been deciding on what new pet to get. We've been out of there a couple times because we couldnt decide. Each time we were there we were helped by Tim (or Tom)? Who was amazing!!! He showed us the reptiles and ALMOST got me to hold a snake. We are now owners of a bearded dragon!! He was great, and we will be returning!!

As far as their fish selection, I highly suggest not buying anything. Ick seems to be a constant battle for them. The staff is moderately friendly but will try to push unnecessary items so do your own research. Equipment is mostly at a fair price. They seem to do dollar per gallon sales quite often so I highly suggest waiting to get a tank until they are on sale.

Their reptiles are in terrible condition to the point of some looking dead in the cage. This place needs help.

never coming here again. They shaved my dogs nipple off. Precious hasn't been the same since she came back from the groomer. She's scared, won't leave her crate on her own will, which she NEVER goes in willingly. I brought my Lhasa apso here to be groomed. Upon entering I explained to the groomer that she's a sweet girl but she's scared. Dropped my dog off at 9 am, came back around 12 and noticed 1 groomer holding my dog still and the other trying to clip her hair. The groomer waved me to come back and said she was all done grooming her. Horrible job. Her hair is uneven she has 2 bald spots on her face near her nose, her under belly has bald spots down to her skin and the longer hair. To make matters worse she came back with a huge tick on her. I feel like if you properly bathed my dog that's something that you could have felt, if you didn't want to remove it she should have told me so I would be aware.
