Welcome to Petawawa Dental Centre! We are located in the heart of Petawawa and provide a full range of dental services including cosmetic and implant dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation and preventative care.

Dentistry for Children is a main focus at our clinic and we pride ourselves in being able to treat almost all children even the more anxious ones.

We accept assignment of benefits, always welcome new patients and provide same day emergency service.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM. Call us at 613-687-6000 to book an appointment.

Am very disappointed with this "dental office" I simply needed x-rays to determine if I have cavaties on the right side. I was lied to for months that someone would call me back. I called every week to check in. I then was told "the dentist will call you in 40 minutes" I waited 3 hours for that call, only to receive an email the next day stating they could not help me. X-rays!!!!! I needed an x-ray!!! I also was billed for a first time patient exam, which only lasted approximately 10 minutes and consisted of the hygienist. I never saw the dentist. I was told the dentist wasn't there, but could hear him on the phone on the next room!!! I just needed a simple x ray. Strung along for months and full on lied to. So unprofessional. I have found a new place and they are so amazing!!!
After being with Petawawa dental since I was a child I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Since Dr Coleman left, the place has been nothing but cancelled appointments. After contacting them to make an appointment I heard nothing for 2weeks, I had to call them and nothing was even on file. My partner also booked a day off work for an appointment for them to leave him waiting outside in the cold to then tell him “oh someone accidentally cancelled his appointment ? If he accidentally forgot my appointment he would be charged for it. There was no sorry no nothing. They didn’t even offer him a new appointment, absolute, worst customer service I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Literally the worst dental office ever. I was a client there for 5 ish years with Dr Ash. Dr Ash is wonderful and the most amazing dentist. It seems this place cannot keep staff as everyone I ever dealt with left. I messaged them on Facebook telling them I was disappointed I couldn’t get an appointment and instead of messaging me back or even acknowledging my message, they blocked me. Just to be clear, I was a current client when they blocked me which makes no sense. I then made a post on Facebook asking if anyone else had issues. Over 100 comments and all horrible experiences. I got an email after I made that post and they dismissed me as a patient was which a blessing. I found a new dentist office and they are wonderful.
Very unprofessional. Canceled my appointment without even a notice. When they called to move my daughters appointment I questioned about mine as it was the same time as hers and they claimed “oh that’s canceled and we’ll have to call some other time to reschedule”. Called 9 times in two months span, to reschedule and got the exact same response every time “we will take a look at your profile to see how much time you need and call you back”. When I questioned the receptionist about why they won’t book me in she told me “there’s no reason, no notes on file, must have been an over sight, let me go look up your file and I’ll call you back with your appointment”. Gave her another FOUR DAYS, before I decided to move dentists. Called and asked for my credit I have on file because they made me pay and my insurance also paid them, went to voicemail. Left a message and requested the money or an appointment to fulfill my credit and they never called me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks. But they were able to send my profile and X-rays to my new dentist, with still no call back or explanation.
I wouldn’t have posted in here but they delete and block anyone who writes on their wall.. so… I have been a client of this dentist office for 30 years now. I find it’s getting worse and worse as the years go by. I called before Christmas,I told them I had a bad tooth, they asked my pain I told them a seven they told me they would call me right back, I’ve called again and again with no reply no callback no nothing. Same thing happened to my son he called three or four times no reply then my son-in-law had an appointment he took the day off work he went up there to stand outside for 20 minutes for them to tell him that somehow his appointment got accidentally cancelled and no apology they didn’t fit him in no nothing. Needless to say we’ve all switched dentists as well as a lot of other people you hear from. So just beware. People book days off work for things like this and they have no consideration whatsoever. But if you were 10 minutes late they would have something to say and cancel your appointment because they don’t have time for that they have other clients
My son had not been to a dentist before and when we moved here we were lucky enough to get in to Petawawa Dental Centre , the Dr was amazing with my 8 year old through everything and everyone there seems so nice :
I can't say how happy I am to have found this dentistry! The kindest and understanding that comes from the staff is undeniably refreshing! I have never felt so darn comfy in a new places I have had here. I highly recommend this dentistry for anyone that has had bad experiences in the past for sure!
great staff, made my young daughter very comfortable when she needed x-rays, they made it fun instead of scary
Huge shout out to Petawawa Dental! I have been at the office many more times than I'd like to admit this yr. 3 of which were emergencies & I was in a lot of pain. They were always amazing at getting me in to be seen both receptionist & hygienists. Dr.Jelev is fantastic as well.. took my issue very seriously & made sure the procedure I needed done was done quickly. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing & made me leave feel confident my dental issues were gone. Not only that but the office went above & beyond when they messaged me the morning after my procedure to ask me how I was feeling! 10/10 would recommend petawawa dental.
I like this dental clinic 1 because of my dentist Dr. Ash who is so professional and calm and never hurts me 2 the clinic does direct billing and 3 they are wonderful with my children and take my concerns and questions seriously. The owner is present and involved, the clinic clean and welcoming. I have been a patient here for 3 years, had filling and one root canal over a year ago, doing very well without one complaint.
