Lady on the phone was a proper b**ch to say the least!!! She was very short and EXTREMELY rude! I told her that I wasn't pleased on how the call was going and she told me flat out "if you're not happy, call another shop". So that's exactly what I plan on doing!!! $200 worth of roses for my fiancee will be purchased from somewhere else! If you want respectful/friendly service, I STRONGLY suggest going elsewhere!

I ordered a dozen roses for my lady friend on Valentines Day. They did a fantastic arrangement... I am extremely impressed... Great job..!

Put together a fantastic bouquet for me that I had ordered online, delivered it quick. Very Happy. I feel like all ladies or men who own flower shops are the nicest people in the world.
