Ramon really helped us out when stocking up for my sister's new puppy. Went out of his way to bring the crate we bought to the car. Excellent customer service!
Recently got a puppy and have been in here a few times and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I was in the other day for some dog supplies and I was very happy with the service I received. Staff was knowledgeable and very quick to help. The store was clean and bright and well set up. And wow! There’s a lot in the store! I will definitely shop here again.
Great space, pet friendly of course and a large inventory. The staff are knowledgeable and great with pets, especially dogs. There is a washing station in the back of the store for grooming. You can browse and buy some toys or treats while you wait. It is my personal favourite pet store in the area.
Very friendly environment, and obviously pet friendly! Clean and well set up store front. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. You can usually find anything for your pets you are looking for. There's also a dog washing station.
Amazing service. Went in with our new puppy Buddy and was absolutely at home when we walked in. Associates we're very intuitive with their advice and even set us up with a puppy booklet. Managment should be proud with their workers there. 100% of the staff there are friendly and very well informed.
The girls are so friendly, but the manager has no customer service skills. I have to drive to Truro to get my dog food because he claims there is a shortage in the company our food comes from. Truro has no problem getting my food in weekly but Jeff can’t manage to supply me even though the website states “in stock”. Jeff is rude, dismissive, and needs to work on his mannerisms. The staff is so wonderful I’m not sure why PetValu hired such a poor manager.
Great store, happy with customer service. Was in to pick up few things for fish. Had a really good experience. Nice friendly and suggestive staff. Guy I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. Suggested me with things I wasn't thinking about. Thank you! Great job!
Great staff and the sales I scored were amazing ! Got a little coat for our weenie and it was only 4$ !!
I delivered a package to a sales person. I don't know of he was a salesperson or the owner but he was very rude, the rudest of all the people that I have come into contact with while delivering. I simply stated to him that he could help us our by putting a unit number on the address. His comments were very aggressive. I hope he is nicer to the customers!!
