Kim is an absolute delight! She welcomed us in, she patiently and happily answered all our questions and concerns with having a new puppy. She made our pup Tucker feel so loved he didn't want to leave his new bestie! Customer service like that needs a shout out! Thanks Kim!
I always come here to buy stuff for my Gerbils, It is a great store to get supplies with a great selection of products and, friendly staff, Highly recommended.

For a smaller format store, they always have a great selection, whether it is food, treats or toys. Service is always great!

Showed up to wash our two large dogs as usual. Absolute minimal soap. Asked for more but associates were not able to supply more. Our only option was to buy our own. Problem is provide or not provide, let the customer know. Don't leave it at first come first serve. All about the profit. If the store owner knows there is a problem, he should provide extra bottles at his cost. We should have been told this as soon as we walked in, not when we ask for soap. Not impressed and not going to the cochrane franchise again
