I went in to get a harness for my wild and crazy German short hair pointer. He’s very excitable since he’s only one. The store manager and her associate were so kind and helpful fitting him for a harness. The manager had so much patience and love for animals. Thank you both very much for all the help. Duke looks pretty sharp in his new harness.
Took dog for bath. Shampoo was there but bring your own brush/comb. There was also a blow dryer and towels to use. Made it easy. I'll be back again.
I have been purchasing my pets dog food at pet valu for past 9 years. I moved to a different province in Dec and changed my address while at another pet valu in St. John's, Nl. Which wasn't a problem, in fact thr girl who served me was so helpful. But at this store in Carbonear,Nl the guy couldn't find my name anywhere and started me all over. So now I have lost all my previous sales on dog food that leads up to my free bags,which I have always done. I'm actually not very happy about this at all.
Deleted 5 star rating. Was advised a product would be in stock in a couple of days. Product never showed up after repeated visits and inquiries. Typical bait and switch by chain. Don't shop here. Very disappointed former customer here.
Good store, friendly staff!
Home on Holidays and need food for my Service dog, great service, friendly and very helpful, didn't get his right food but got second choice. This place is Ryder and Yance approved and recommend for sure.
My dog loves it there
Ordered flea treatment and they gave me wrong one not only it was wrong they even sold out again of the one i was looking for on top of having my name and phone number to order it terrible customer severvice wont be buying anything from there. Not very good service for a new building.
Organized, clean, and always willing to help.
We love it for their products and staff and our puppy loves to visit them.
