This place has been good to me with one big exception.  The time I special ordered an item and the staff never ordered it and I checked back every week for over a month waiting for my item.  Got fed up went to a different location and tried to order a new one and found out that they just just stopped carrying that item about a week ago.  Now I stick to the east location

I love Pet Value. I find what my pets love without a struggle. Prices are competitive. The staff is very helpful.

Good store, great people work here, they usually have a foster cat for adoption. Store is very clean and well kept
