They are always helpful and nice. My dog goes there for spa days and I am confidant he is in good hands. One of the employees suggested "Vetericyn plus" for hot spots. The only product which worked. My dog stopped licking that spot. Nothing else ever worked before! I love to go there.

Amazing staff, very helpful. Always going the extra mile and extremely affectionate to our dog when we bring him in.

Was not greeted upon entering the store or acknowledged the entire time I was in the store. The two staff members were too busy talking to each other to say Hi or ask if I needed any help. Was my first experience at this store and I will not return.
