I went into this location yesterday, and the staff was extremely kind! Everyone was helpful and courteous. Our dogs were quite pleased with the treats they were given while we were browsing the store. I look forward to our next visit!

Great staff, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Absolutely love it here, they've never led me astray. Always have great recommendations that end up BETTER then what my vet recommends. I've read good reviews and bad reviews, but all I've received is positive results from here! Will continue to return.

I would like to thank all the girls at this location. Especially Kristen and the afternoon staff!!!!! They took the time to help me out with my precious kitty and she is doing much better. Made such a difference in her i tell ya. YOU GIRLS ROCK THANK YOU :) :) :) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I read a review about pet valu in grimsby and boy it was bang on. Terrible experience. I won't be back there again EVER!!!!!! I took my puppy in the staff treated me like I've never had a dog before. One girl in there is telling me what I should and shouldn't do. Well kiddo if I want your advice I'd ask for it. I find they are very pushy and and seem like know it alls. I was so pissed when I left the store I won't be back.
