Like this place. Took a look around while waiting and appreciate their aquarium set ups. Well done, professional. Also knowledgeable. Also really like the aquarium supplies they stock. Petsmart in Chilliwack is awful for that. Fish selection is very minimal and I can’t stand the betas in cups under harsh lights.
Best lil crested gecko, about 4 months old now, will be getting few more to add to my collection for sure!
I have never been treated so poorly and sworn at in all my life. Don't ask for help if you go there. The kid will swear at you and tell you He's not going to help you
I cannot say enough about Pet Lovers! The 1st time I was in the store I found my little Lovebird, Kiki. A Green Peach Face Lovebird.He is such a happy little guy. I met the Owners; who are all hands on the 1st time I was in the store. And such a great resource anytime you have questions. The store is wonderful. Everything you could imagine. It's a Great Place!!

Our family had a fantastic experience at Pet Lovers. The staff was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We were after a hamster and they had them. We drove out from Chilliwack as the options were quite limited with the big stores out here. I definitely recommend Pet Lovers to all for pet requirements. Great prices and even greater staff. Thank you so very much!
This place is so gross… the attention their reptiles get is little to none. There are literal Cockroaches crawling on the floor! Ewwwww There are several animals there that need to see a vet, such as many of the budgies. But they won’t get medical help for the animals they have. There’s a reason this place doesn’t sell cats and dogs anymore. It’ most likely because they legally aren’t allowed to. I’ve seen a BCSPCA officer there multiple times…just not a good sign.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgable. The store has been in West Oaks Mall since I can remember. Great selection of accessory for your pet, from bird to fish, dog to cat, its easy to find something for your little one.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and over all the perfect people for this place. Sometimes we stop in just to say hi. : we have purchased many healthy and happy fish! Fair prices for a smaller store compared to corporate places such as pet smart. I'll take the experience and know-how over lower prices any day. Thanks for being our local pet store!!
The staff here are friendly, the selection is huge and the prices are decent. Great little spot. You can now buy the babies of the pair shown in this picture. feb.17/20
