Peshtigo River Campground, LLC

Campground is nice and quiet a little on the high side for price as far as amenities that are here. Unless you like to just sit by the campfire all weekend there isnt awhole lot to do. Owner isn't a very personable person either.

I am very familiar with this campground and am a seasonal. I like this campground because it is quiet and clean. The owner is very strict, but that is why I like it, as very little mischief happens here. I have been out at campfires late at night and was never told to quiet down. If you are looking for a campground where you can get really drunk and rowdy and disturb other campers, then this is not for you. The restrooms and showers are very clean and the main office has a game room for the kids. It offers tubing and canoeing rentals too. If you obey the rules and don't get carried away, you will enjoy your stay there.

Planned a family river float this summer. The river float was an absolute blast! The only thing I didn't enjoy about the campground is how close it is to the highway. At night you can hear semi trucks and such- made it hard to sleep.
