0/10 do not recommend. They have taken 3 weeks with my jacket and communication is horrible. Was told it would be ready nov9 they said to come back the next day, I called prior to see if it was ready so I don’t waste time and gas. It turns out they were trying to get ahold of me due to leather and higher cost which I said was ok but did not ask me when I was in the establishment the day prior but rather wait another day. I gave the ok nov 10 then they called me and left a VM it was ready on Nov16, I called nov17 to confirm if that’s accurate and they actually have it. They mixed the jackets up or they forgot to inform the dry cleaning company they can proceed and they told me to wait another 2 weeks. That’s a total of a 5 week wait time due to miscommunication on their end and inability to communicate amongst co workers. They asked if I still want the jacket dry cleaned…. If I have been waiting this long already, they should just get it over and done with. They have no sympathy nor even tried to apologize for the wait but rather say “i wasn’t here or that wasn’t me”. Go save your time and money and take your clothing elsewhere.

I give it a 2-Star since it does provide decent service. My biggest complain is their lack of customer service. My wife's jacket was sent out for dry cleaning and did not arrive on time. Never gotten a call back for any updates. We had to go there a few times until it finally arrived. Management should reassess their business practices so they don't end up losing good customers.

$29 dollars plus tax for a very small pants stitching fix on an existing hem The in store staff is excellent however the overall company is literally taking customers to the cleaners with this outrageous pricing.Service: Alterations

I thought the woman at the counter acted really weird, and after a few more times coming in for dry cleaning, I found out she’s a special needs person. Kudos to Perth’s for employing her, however, I think a special needs person such as her should never be left alone.

Very bad customer service. The manager is only in certain days and no one else was able to help with my complaint. When I finally made it to the store when she was there, she didn't even try to help me.

Nice people good service, I have been going there for years.

Always do a good job with suits and dress shirts. Wednesday drop off Friday pick up works great for me
