Tried to enter at exactly 10 AM when they open. Summary: Female employee was very rude, saying "we only open at 10, they only start paying me at 10, stop trying the door before 10 I tried once and it was 10 AM - but their sign actually said "OPEN" at 9 AM. It was exactly 10 according to my iPhone - time to open the door. About as rude an experience as one could have - nothing positive or welcoming as a returning customer. Who treats paying customers in this manner and expects them to return? This ISN"T a customer abusing staff, its STAFF ABUSE of a senior citizen who is a paying customer. Perth's should be ashamed of this type of employee attitude. Based on her attitude, sure hope this employee never is late, leaves early, or takes a minute more time at lunch or takes personal phone calls on duty - I'd be timing her if I was her manager. Horrible customers service!!!.. went there on a Saturday afternoon and realized I was charged for a pair of pants I had specifically asked if it came with the Wednesday deal and was told I would be charged less.. my problem wassnt even that I was provided inaccurate information but the customer rep just stated "sorry dry cleaning add up sometimes". Dont go to this place until they fire those reps.

Great place to get your dry cleaning done for your suits. Very professional level cleaning.
