Honestly very shocked at the quality of this gym. No matter what your fitness goals are this place has the tools you need and an extremely friendly staff to go with it. Not only do they have all the machines you'd expect plus hammerstrength, great freeweight section with all the essentials for bench, squat and deadlifts. Smith machines are available if needed. There's even more! A whole room dedicated to boxing/MMA as well as an array of classes for just about everyone. On top of all that they have hair dryers on site and will even provide you with a razor and shaving cream plus loads more. Makes you feel right at home. Oh and fresh coffee at the door!

Great atmosphere, wide range of friendly people who train here, good trainers, and well maintained equipment.

I love the atmosphere here at the gym. Everybody is extremely friendly and you can't got through one workout without having at least a 5 minute conversation with a neighbour or town friend. The staff and trainers are very friendly and full of knowledgeable advice. The classes offered are great and test your limits. Overall, it is a great gym to workout at!
