I found this hidden gem before my travel from Copenhagen, and its perfect for both long term and short term stay! All the equipment is better than any commercial gym you will find.
I've been going to this gym since September and I can say that it is exactly the kind of place that makes you feel comfortable. I don't speak Czech on a conversationnal level, so I mostly keep to myself, but everything is made to make you feel welcome. The place is clean and well maintained, not so big so we avoid the hyper crowded instagram-fueled kind of vibe, people training there always nice and open to help if needed, and the personnel smiling and warm. I feel great coming there, I started my fitness journey in this place, and I recommend it To the fullest. Love from the dreadlocks guy .
I’ve been going to this gym for 5 years and what I love most about it is it feels like a family. There are no egos and everyone is friendly and nice. Good mix between female and males. If you’re female this is a good gym where you’ll feel safe and not judged which is not always a the case at other gyms. Stop in for a visit and see for yourself.
Anyone visiting should bring a spare pair of shoes to the gym, you need some to arrive at the gym and some to wear inside. Also bring a towel or you have to pay 30 Kc to borrow one. The photos of the gym are accurate, it’s quite small but there is enough there to get a solid training session in. Equipment is new and clean.
Good gym, not very big but all you need
Clean, very good equipment, nice changing rooms. Staff is friendly. There is everything you need.
Very friendly staff, helping out in limited English. Equipment is very decent, the gym is very clean. Ideal to work out during a week trip to Prague.

A nice little gym; a bit crowded in the small space available, but clean & tidy, with the woman on duty being helpful and welcoming. And cost-wise one of the cheaper gyms I've been to in Europe one quarter of the price of the similarly small gym I considered in Wenceslas Square.
decent equipment, staff was ok but man those showers really need to be individual. it's literally one room with 4showers. Not so private and it is heavily uncomfortable because of it
