Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Typical Perkins restaurant...good service, good food and a friendly staff to take care of you at a reasonable price. We'll stop in again while traveling through Clarion.

Barely wheelchair accessible. The chicken pot pie was slimy textured chicken + fillers, over cooked, burned on the bottom, tasteless and bland. I found 3 peas in the whole pie, shredded and dissolved carrots, no celery. Worst ever. The salad had possibly a half cup of thousand island dressing dumped on it, and the lettuce was a bit old and whiffy. The waitress was cheerful. The accessible toilet had no latch on the door.

I had their breakfast and their lunch and their breakfast was not that great. Their breakfast just did not taste that fresh... especially their fruit. The lunch was the only reason I gave it three stars. It was actually pretty good I had their chicken strips, but someone at my table said their burger didn't taste fresh (so they didnt eat it) and they did get a refund without asking for one.

Quality chain for what it's worth - if you're looking for this kind of meal, it's the best around.. but if you're like me it isn't the ideal place to get a bite. That's not the point of a review though - good food and no issues to speak of!

Store could use a re-do very badly. Store has a very foul oder, like dirty mop heads Cleanliness needs improvement. Service was very good Megan,food was fast hot and excellent
