Staff and Service is really good. I have visited recently and they were firm with their policy about one hookah for 2 people. We were about 12 member and had 7 hookah’s. Really great experience and variety of flavours to choose from. Must try their House Special Milk Shake absolute stunner. Everyone who is a hookah lover should try this place. Cheers
the main policy of the institution! the customer is always right I wanted to try your hookah with a friend! we came with 4 people! 2 do not smoke hookah! I explained it to you! what is the problem? and your attitude was not acceptable! You didn't even bother to explain it!
It was a decent experience. The hookahs tasted good but the chai and the shakes weren’t the best tasting. Also, it was kinda odd that the server was sort of assertive on ordering two different hookahs even though we were just two of us and we don’t smoke much. Other than that, decent place and good vibes.
Terrible service, I do not advise anyone I don't want to order two hookahs if two out of four people don't smoke. We just wanted to try your caln and not choke on the ashes from the two. I don't think you have the best one, looking at the level of the institution.
Really it is good to go and enjoy your time spent on with friends there is good service I feel like I am at my home please let know everyone and chose this place

Great hookah, staff is very nice and accommodating. They pride themselves on customer service and hookah quality.
This place is soo unprofessional. I came around 430pm and they were closed. Doors all chained up and everything. Although they advertise being open at 4pm..strange. I called and no answer as well. That’s not cool. I waited till 5pm they still weren’t open.
Great service! Super hospitable and attentive servers. Owner is super nice! Oh yes...they serve milkshakes too
