All the staff is SO nice at Performance. I started personal training with Robyn around 2 months ago and it's the best decision I've ever made! she is down to earth and fun but pushes me to better myself every session. The childcare 3 days a week make it possible for me to go to the gym and my son LOVES going there. 5 stars across the board!

Performance is an excellent facility. I've been a member for 3 years now! I love the variety of fitness classes offered and I have also had some one on one with a personal trainer. I had some physio done on an injured leg and was very pleased with that service as well. The staff are all excellent to work with. They even offer childcare for certain workout classes. Right now I bring my little one right to class in his carseat, they are very accommodating!

Rhonda and her team have been so helpful with my family. From acupuncture for back pain to our gym memberships they have the trained professional staff to help. Even the oldest member of our family feels more active at 84 with Rhonda & Matt's help and the gym in the same facility. Support local and go to the people that KNOW how to help in every stage of fitness for your family and personal health. ~ Amy G

Beautiful facility. Rhonda's IMS treatments really helped with pain I've had in my shoulder for 5 years. The gym is great also. I highly recommend the personal training. Wonderful staff as well.

I have heard many wonderful reviews from friends on the care they received from the physiotherapists and their student (happens to be a relative). Very caring and professional treatments that brought about great pain relief and strength development for the friends. I look forward to trying it out myself!!
