Pepin's No Frills

I want to give a fantastic shout-out to No Frills! This grocery store truly stands out with its unbeatable prices and swift service. Whether I'm doing a big weekly shop or just popping in for a few essentials, I can always count on finding great deals and getting in and out quickly.

Great deal on Ben & Jerry's ice cream $2 each when i went in, also large starburst bags for $3. can't complain! also ran into someone my wife knew from high school which was thrilling!

I shop here every 2-3 weeks, I have 3 options that are all about 40 minutes from where I live.... Foodland and Metro are the other 2.....NO THANKS... The prices are ridiculous art the previously mentioned..... I'm quite happy with No Frills.....I do miss not having a bakery or deli but it's worth the savings! Produce is fresh, meat sales are decent and I have Optimum points so that's a huge bonus!!

Parking is a nightmare and the lines at the cashiers is insane. This is the busiest no frills I have ever seen or is it the lack of proper staff and facilities that hinder the shopping experience.

While I love this store for the selection and prices, I am disappointed that every time there is a sale item I go in for, the shelves are empty for those items. I found out that they do indeed have these items either in the back somewhere or on the top shelves in unopened boxes, but many of them are not put out on the shelves for customers to readily access, and it doesn't seem to matter if I go in the day of the sale, or three days after the sales starts. Usually you can climb up on the top shelve to find unopened boxes which is not safe or you can ask an employee to check in the back and they will bring it out for you, but why are they not on the shelves being stocked when they have the items and they know customers are coming in for those items since they are on sale? Perhaps they need more employees to ensure these items are accessible to customers since most customers will not ask for someone at the store to check for items in the back or on the top shelves.
