Pepin's No Frills

On of the better kept No Frills. Most of the time staff is great...everyone is entitled to a bad day. Very rarely are they out of sale items. Produce decent quality and price. Good selection of product

Great experience. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Store was well stocked despite it was the last day for the sale.

Stores clean. Tellers are nice. Shelfs are always lacking product

Comparing this to No Frills from Toronto, Kingston, or other cities I'd have to say it was very clean, well organized and very cheap prices. Even though we stopped in on a Monday afternoon, it was pretty busy but still had short lines. More cashiers than I'd normally see in the city, so that was great.

I live in Apsley and purposely drive to Bancroft to do my weekly shopping at Pepin's. It is my favourite grocery store. On the rare occasion I have had an issue with a product/service, my concerns were immediately resolved to my total satisfaction. No muss/no fuss. I think it is true with any popular establishment that it might not be fun during peak periods. I plan my trips to avoid these times.
