Would love to rate 0 stars.. put a ring on a payment plan paid money down then they tell me when I go to pay more money on it I was told no I habe to pay the whole lump some when the ring comes in .. that they made a mistake and don't do payment plans.... Never shop here again

So awful I cannot believe it. My engagement ring was purchased for me here. I took it in to be sized but when called to pick it up nothing had been done. Sent it away again and still came back too big. While the clerk was "assisting" me she dropped my ring and stepped on it while looking for it. When later a tiny stone fell out, the repair quote was $300. It took 2 weeks to get this info and only by revisiting the store as they still hadn't called or emailed to follow up. I am so sorry my fiancee chose this jeweler and I heartily discourage anyone from patronizing them as better service can be had at Walmart. I only missed the warranty appointment, the ring is still less than a year old, because I was already fed up and chose to let my fiancé deal with them when he returned to the city.
