Friendly service that will not do due diligence with refinancing support. They have purchased a number of mortgages throughout the state at high interest rates and have a persuasive communication game they employ to ensure the lender is belittled and cannot receive refinancing. Surely a slimy organization. 

Comically, have values of integrity, trust, and empathy (ever heard of bank with these values?) which are impossible for a bank that invests your money in the market. Heritage family is much more accessible and efficient institution and because they are locally run, they must demonstrate these values to be successful.
