I talked to a lovely receptionist and she made me feel comfortable and cared for. All my questions were answered and she was more than helpful
Kind helpful and understanding staff. I no longer have anxiety seeing doctors for myself or my son since coming to the Penticton Health Center.
Useless. Untrained in any trauma centred approach. Understaffed. Under resourced. Rude. Make things uneccesarily complex. I don't think they have a clue about talking to people with mental illness. Condescending. Extremely narrow focus, so can probably help 1 in 50 people that actually ask for it. Crisis line takes over 10 minutes to respond. If you have Mental illness my advice is to leave town. You will be not receive any professional mental health assistance here.

They have answered alk of my concerns as well as helped me through the red tape for getting the right care as well as financial aid. I feel like im talking to a friend.
