Short notice I booked a truck needing a lift gate and was taken care of by Alexia in the rentals department. She is super sweet and was always pleasant during my whole moving ordeal. Truck was clean, in great shape and they have great customer service. Definitely recommend

Truck rental was great, the staff were awesome and the pick up and drop off location is really well placed.

The agent was working solo. However, that didn’t matter. I was attended to in reasonable time and wonderful effort. The truck was sanitary and a good ride.

Great service from Alexia. Super professional and easy to get along with. I had a terrible experience with U-Haul and I will only use Penske from now on.

Everything went super smooth, from the reservation, email correspondence with questions, rental truck pick-up and return. Will gladly use them again.

Highly professional and friendly staff. When the ramp on the rental truck broke, they sent out a mechanic within an hour to assess it for us and gave us a discount without being asked. Just excellent service all and high value service.
