I've rented a 26' moving truck there some months ago. The km was about 180 000 on it, the horn wasn't working, the brakes weren't working and the engine had no power. So basically I had to drive at 35km per hour to ensure that the truck would stop when needed and very dangerous because no horn to alert outside of eminent collisions. It was a very stressful ride, wiper weren't working much. Terrible experience. I'm unsure why they would have such a dangerous vehicle on their fleet. Luckily, no accidents occurred and good thing that I have over 30+ years of road experience as I wouldn't have done it safely. I won't rent again from that location as there's too much at stake when driving.

This is the 2nd time we rented trucks from Penske for our moves. This company is awesome! Helpful people at the rental desk, very clean trucks that are immaculately kept, and a pleasure to drive. We rented 3 trucks as we were moving home and small business. Wouldn't move any other way!

Best Penske shop in Southern Ontario. Great ppl, experienced technicians. Clean drivers room with coffee and vending machines. And a HD dealership next door.
