Thanks to Burnaby Penske for the great service and great truck. The service from Alexia on the phone, at pick-up and drop-off was exceptional. Super friendly, quick and very helpful; especially getting us a better rate. High five! The truck was ready as booked, in great shape and everything worked. Kudos to the on site mechanics. It ran like a dream up to the Koots, over to the Island, and back again keeping everything safe and dry for two weeks between. I have never written a review for anything till now, but this is deserving. This was a big a big ticket item for us with a lot riding on it as we helped a friend through a hard time, and everything exceeded expectations. With all the bad stories out there, this friendly, hassle free service was a big relief. Highly recommended.
Thank you Penske! I rented a 16' moving truck from you last weekend, and I have nothing but good things to say. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The truck was in great condition. What I really liked about this company is once you reserve a truck and confirm pick up, the truck there waiting for you. Also, you guys are way cheaper than U-Haul. I'll be referring you to friends and family, and I'll use you guys again for my future moving needs. To all the people out there, don't bother with U-Haul their reservations mean nothing, and you'll have drive halfway across the country to get a truck, and they are expensive. Go with Penske.
Very disgraceful Service. I booked a 3 ton truck and it was filthy. Dogs hairs all around in cabin. When I asked for cleaning they completely refused by saying they don’t have time. So I have to argue with the customer service and finally they agreed to make the arrangements and gave me different truck. After all this hassle they gave me some discount as well. But all of this cost me time and delays in my work.
Really good service. They provide what I asked for, was ready on time. I don’t give them 5 starts because I had an issue with the truck after loading it and they kept saying the service team will arrive in 10mins every time I called after the initial wait 45mins. I had to wait two hours for them to arrive. Besides that issue, everything was easy and pretty handy. Would book them again.
I got the truck there, their price are resonable, we actually become partner and giving us very competitive rates, customer service was really good and lady was helping me alote for both part reservation and rental, thanks guys and recommend them

Hi, I was driving and came across one of your rental trucks driving recklessly and dangerously heading west on SW Marine Dr. Approx 4 pm June 22, license plate LJ6226. Whoever the driver was tailgated for a long stretch of time, crossed both the center line and the bike lane in attempts to pass cars in front of him, which is extremely dangerous in this area. He also ran up the curb while making his turn at a speed that was clearly too fast for the vehicle. Please ask your driver to slow down and drive safer or establish some sort of control, he was an accident waiting to happen.
Truck rental was great, the staff were awesome and the pick up and drop off location is really well placed.
Short notice I booked a truck needing a lift gate and was taken care of by Alexia in the rentals department. She is super sweet and was always pleasant during my whole moving ordeal. Truck was clean, in great shape and they have great customer service. Definitely recommend
I will never rent from Budget/U-Haul ever again. My Penske truck rental experience was great! The truck was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful in making the reservation. And the requested truck was there when I went to pick it up! I've had other rental companies not fulfill my reservation before. Now the best part of the moving truck the power lift gate!!! If you are moving this is a must. It will save you a lot of time, grief, back ache and injury. Trying to push heavy boxes up a ramp. Lifting awkward items into the truck is so easy. Pay the extra money to rent from Penske. I have no regrets and it made my move so easy. Drop off was simple and hassle free. I highly recommend renting from Penske! Just so people don't think I'm a Penske employee I'm not my only tiny quibble would be that they include a moving dolly with the truck.
