First and foremost walking into the establishment you were greeted by all the workers with super super cheer and true motivation to help all customers and especially within a decent time. Amber the new GM literally went out of her way to make sure me and my Mother were happy with everything, even gave us both a complimentary cookie due to a minor error leaving out the extra fry order we had ordered. Really well ran clean and drama free establishment where the customer actually feels like they come first! Will definitely be going back and for sure recommend!! Thank you again Amber!!
Customer service General Manager Roger was super friendly and kind. Greeting us the minute we walked in the door. Hard to find such great customer service these days. So Thank you so much for doing a great job! Food was very good
We had a terrible experience at Penn Station Subs in Sandusky Ohio. One of our two subs was made incorrectly but we didn't notice until after getting back to the hotel. This prompted a return trip to get the correct ingredients. Placing a web order, we arrived a few minutes after the stated ready time and waited another 10 minutes inside for the gentlemen to start making our food because he was too busy flirting with someone at the counter. We will never go back there again.
Best fries EVER--perfectly crispy! I tried the chicken salad sub for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The meal paired great with iced tea. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again--especially want to sit on their outdoor patio once it's warm!
Bread was hard on sandwich and cheese bread. Order was placed online 30 min before we arrived at the time it was requested and had barely been started, waited additional 10 minutes until it was ready. Unimpressed, probably won't be back. Quality vs cost not good.Food: 3/5
The. Worst. Unless you are friends with the cooks, I highly recommend going anywhere else to eat. It's a shame too, because their food is usually really good. But after watching two people who ordered after me get their food ahead of me, I got my money back and went somewhere else. The kicker, my sandwich wasn't even next! A third person was going to get their food before me.
Food portions are small for the price and the employees were wiping their noses and touching their clothes with the gloves then continuing to cook with the same gloves dirty grill so nothing but grill chunks in the food very greedy in toppings for three subs it was $60
Worse place is Sandusky i wouldn’t let these half witted make me a peanut butter sandwich, second time I’ve ordered there and can’t follow direction to save their lives! Hands down the worse place is Sandusky! Drive 20 mins the and 20 mins back home to find they fkd my food up AGIAN! Never again will i go here! And try calling they disconnect their phone or something cause it rings once and hangs up!
This place has great subs! First time in and I’ll be back, yummy!!!!!
Subs are delicious, very nice staff, clean place. The fries were burnt but usually they are greatFood: 4/5
