Penguin Dairy Drive Inn

This is a great place to grab a burger - you won't leave hungry! That said, they need to use a different bun; the one they have falls apart just looking at it. A pretty good value overall, but they charge way too much considering the small portion of fries or onion rings you receive.

5 stars for milk shakes. Service was good, nice people. Over priced greasy food tho. That's pretty much all the town has to offer in terms of dine in restaurants.

So I ordered 2 burgers and fries - $22 the food I couldn’t eat had to throw it out- the girl who was mopping the floor got right to making my food without washing her hands or anything. This guy at the front counting money, then touching my fries with his hand and you can see his nails and decide your self. I’m not sure where is food handling procedures or any laws, running this place as Wild West!

Great spot for a quick treat. I’ve been picking up the big breakfast buns for my crew. Egg, bacon, sausage, ham, cheese and fried onions. Absolutely to die for, very fresh. My crews have rated that that’s the best breakfast sand icy up here. The owner refused to start my order when I phoned in, was 15 minutes away. Showed up and they were got off the griddle. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was more than friendly. I recommend this stop, great family tan business. Please support local.

The prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you receive. If you want to wait forever to get your food and pay almost 20$ for a burger, fries a CAN of pop,then this is the place for you .the whole meal is a joke and worth no more then 10$ For some basic subpar food. I only go there when I’m desperate during lunch

First of all there is no washroom. And after having the thin burger paddy you WILL need a bathroom. So just reheated frozen food. Might as well go to burger baron. Probably not going again.

Well I would of loved to try their food, we were driving through on our way to the campsite. When I tried to walk up to order, the vehicles wouldn't let you in, when I tried to go up to the door they pointed to the window and shook their head No. Well I pointed to the Camping trailer I had attached to my vehicle and still no response. I understand you can't dine in, but you definitely make it difficult for anyone without a car to get food from your establishment.

Awsome service and great food. Told the young girls there i wanted a nice juicy burger, didn't matter what kind, and she picked the perfect burger for me. And there gravey is pretty spot on to kfc gravey Definitely will be back. Thanks,cheers

Terrible food. Not clean place at all. The tray our food was served on has dead fly stuck to it. Daughter got sick from food. $100.00 for family 4 to eat meals. Food order came wrong. No prices on menu so you order then get slapped with cost. Will never go there again. To bad cause they are only good place in Spirit River with that awesome pool!

Seriously, this is absolutely the most romantic place to bring a special someone to dine. Exceptional quality food, romantic atmosphere, and friendly staff who'll accommodate you in every way. I recommend calling for reservations 3 to 4 weeks in advance as they are extremely busy. Wine list is fantastic, huge selection for every occasion and food type. Tres bon!!!
