We love stoping here on our drive to tbay . First for the cheap gas and smokes and secondly but not least for the amazing friendly service
Hi everyone. I was coming from Cochrane to Thunderbay and ran out of gas 3.6 km from Pelletiers, they were so kind, the owner himself brought me gas and made sure I was safe to go!! Their store is very clean and the customer service is over the top!! I 100 percent recommend them to everyone and I will always be fueling up before crossing highway 11 at Pelletiers! Great people, great service and wonderful new freinds!!
Stopped in for gas told my niece I’ll pay she said she had a points card. Cashier Gloria Black told me that I couldn’t do that. I said I am only paying details: I am the passenger my niece is the owner of the vehicle who is using her points card but I am paying for the gas with cash “Oh you can’t do that.” “Oh okay I’ll just got outside and give her the cash to reimburse her.” “Oh, that’s just mean.” I told my niece use your debit card and I’ll give you back the money. My niece over heard her say “This always happens when I am on the til.” I have been helping to pay her wage for over twenty years at this store October 23rd she was just miserable that day. I won’t be supporting this store anymore. It’s not wonder her first bf dumped her.
Every time I travel I stop here. Prices are amazing and staff is aways friendly.
