The receptionist Sally was very irritable to talk to. She kept asking me for the same information over and over and when I called to clarify why she got very defensive and even threatened me verbally. Worst experience ever! When I decided to use a different lawyer she tried to get that lawyer to pay out her fee even though i never wanted her services after the way she talked to me on the phone
