Joan and Dean are amazing! Within minutes of first meeting them I knew I had made a great choice. They are down to earth, honest, genuine, and very family-centered. I was looking for someone with knowledge of country properties and they were a great match. Their expertise, advice, feedback, and community connections made the whole selling process go very smoothly. Communication was always timely and friendly. We had worked with Dean and Joan approximately 15 years ago when we sold and purchased a home, and we knew that when we listed this time we would be calling on them yet again.  During that sale we learned that both Dean and Joan are sincere, family oriented people who take pride in what they do.  Now Hewitt Jancsar Realty has grown into a team, and every one of them participated in the sale of our home in some way or another.  The whole event which lasted only 2 days I might add was seamless in the way the team was able to work together to ensure our sale was the most important event that was happening.  If you want a team of people who are knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, sincere, and friendly then we highly recommend calling the Hewitt Jancsar team!

I have worked with the Hewitt Jancsar team twice now and they are  amazing. They helped me find staging and advised on worthwhile repairs. They had good information and strategy to get our house sold within the first week on the market. Trustworthy, reliable and incredibly hard working.

We’ve been working with Zack and his entire team for years sale of 2 homes and just concluded the sale of our townhome. The result was beyond expectation and a sale price well above market average. We cannot recommend Hewitt Jancsar enough. From start to finish, they consistently walk us through the onerous process of buying and selling with ease. Highly recommend.
