The stuff are nice, friendly and helpful. They get me a very good place although it is expensive. They care about the clients and do follow up.
With some effort and organization they can be number one in the market.

They do not send your damage deposit to the rentalsmen. They also constantly request to come into your apartment because most of the buildings that they manage are slummy to rent and are constantly being investigated by the city inspector. I had over 40 viewings in my apartment during my 17 months staying with one of their properties I give them three months notice before ending my lease of one year and realize they never gave my damage deposit to the rentalsmen and were ridiculous to deal with. Taking forever to deposit my E transfer and then sending me an email telling me my rent is late when they simply just haven’t bothered to deposit because they’re unorganized. Which goes on record and makes me look like I don’t pay my rent on time which is not case it was kind of like dealing with a bunch of degenerates. All business owners stick together in this corrupt city and this is another example of those corrupt kind of business owners . Good luck to you all as they are monopolizing the city.

These guys manage all of my rental properties in Saint John...always reliable and quick to fix any issue. Great team!!

I have been dealing with pomm for the last few months and moved into an older house-style apartment.
Pomm has been excellent in fixing whatever issues arise with speed and professionalism. We just had a water leak and they were there quickly.
So far, so good. I really appreciate the work they've done to fix this place up and their team is wonderful.
Also, I have to say I love that I can etransfer rent over instead of buying cheques for one purpose.

I rent from POMM on behalf of an out-of-town landlord. At the time of signing my lease, approx. 4 years ago, I added an addendum of items that needed to be repaired on the property. To this day there are still outstanding items not yet completed. The condition of the property when we moved in was appalling and I have felt it necessary to maintain photographic evidence and receipts to document the work we have had to perform on our own which speaks to the poor management provided by POMM. Just as there are bad tenants there are bad landlords. BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.
