I recently went in for Day surgery. Staff was very helpful, attentive and caring. Registration was quick and easy. Processing was done shortly after I was booked in. I was kept informed on what was going on. Anna L and MJ were my 2 nurses and they were so sweet and answered all my questions and took great care of me. Thank to the whole OR team as well for making me as comfortable as possible.
Had a gynecological surgery in May 2026. Was the first time I ever had any kind of surgery and was nervous about the whole process. I am delighted to say, that I had the best experience at Peace Arch hospital, with amazing nurses and staff. I was so impressed with the level of care I received, Dr Wilson, her team and the anesthesiologist. They all put me at ease, especially how anxious I was at the time. While wheeling me into the OR room, I was so impressed with the hospital's fairly new OR room and how spotless and clean, the hospital itself is. What a wonderful community hospital and definitely recommend. My surgery was a success, thanks to all who assisted me.
I had day surgery June 8th , I arrived at 9:30 to reception then proceeded to Day surgery ward. I have to say everyone that I came in contact with was incredibly helpful and polite and made my day that much easier. I was delayed having my surgery obviously surgery’s in front of me took a bit longernnThroughout my experience, I was numerously asked my name and other questions even regarding my surgery to make sure they’re doing exactly what I was expecting this daynMy surgeon Dr. Madison Litowski put me at ease, knowing I’m in good hands with her and her team. They were fantastic.nnThank you to all the staff I came in contact with unfortunately, I cannot remember the names from the nurse to the anesthesiologist and my surgeon !!!!nnAntonio Batista
Went there after days of problems and was treated so kindly by everyone in Emergency. I was admited to the hospital quickly too and stayed for 4 days. All the nurses on the 4th floor Marge and Rachelle are amazing and so kind. Hospital did all the tests to rule out what was going on with my brain in the timeliness manner. Dr Hunter checked in routinely and listened so intently to my issues. Honestly a very well system there. Clearly there's still issues with the healthcare in BC but for it being so backlogged they really did a lot and I appreciate it.nnI have health trauma from being gaslit for so many years chronic illnesses and no one made me feel like this once. Men and women there.
I went to see.my family Dr. He immediately sent me to the emergency. I chose Peace Arch Hospital. It ended up I had my apendix removed. The wait was 8 hours after all the tests they kept me overnight and I had surgery the next day. Dr. Jason Forbes was my Surgeon he was fantastic!! Very funny knowledge and kind to me. I have never had any kind of surgery in my life. The nurses were great. Thanks Lily I would highly recommend if you need Surgery to go to Peace Arch Hospital.
