I do not recommend this clinic whatsoever. 1st appt, dr barely read through my file, I had several injections in my back, Dr took me off two of my regular nerve pain meds and started me on toradol because it was "way better". He also inappropriately gabbed on about covid and the vaccine, very unprofessional. For two weeks after i was in excruciating pain, worse than before. The injections did not serve any relief and the medication was not helpful, caused insanely intense headaches as well, I was miserable and not myself. I stuck out the 2 weeks in hopes I just needed to adjust. Follow-up appt, I told him my experience, he legit said well, thats it, thats all I can do for you. And discharged me. That was it!! No compassion, no alternative, nothing just goodbye. After a panic attack and a good cry in the car I hoped on Google to find another pain clinic. I found Orangeville Pain Institute, called and got an appt the same week had to have dr send in referral, they are lovely. I have been receiving weekly injections in the correct areas of my back for quite some time now and they do offer some relief!! Dr Roberto listens and advises with compassion and care. She's gentle and kind. The nursing and reception staff are top notch as well! Stay away from PCC though I must add the nursing staff there were lovely.
I have been going to this clinic with my Mom for a couple of years now and just recently I’ve become a patient myself. The staff from the front to the back and all in between are absolutely wonderful! Dr.Aj is one of the most compassionate, understanding, good humoured and most knowledgeable specialists I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know. My Mom and I are both very lucky to be able to have Dr. Aj as our doctor. Everyone is so knowledgeable, organized, friendly and all around really fantastic. We are in such great hands when we walk through the door. A huge thank you to everyone at the Orangeville Pain Care Clinic! You’re all amazing and thank you so much for all the laughs, great conversations and professionalism.
Waited over three hours only to be told that they wouldn't do anything to help my wife. They criticized her for bothering them by coming in. People in pain are there for help and compassion. None to be found here.
I've now been going to see Dr. Kamawai for a few years now at the Pain Care Clinic. Dr. Kamawai is an amazing doctor who makes you feel at ease. Without Dr. Kamawai and the blockers I'd suffer horribly with pain. She listens to her patients, answeringquestionsyoumayhave. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I highly recommend going to the pain clinic if you suffer from chronic pain, nerve conditions and even migraines. The nurses and staff are friendly and welcoming.
I have been going to this clinic for the last 3 years, I have dealt with Dr Akef he has been great to work with, very understanding and has been able to address any pain issues that have occurred over the years. The staff at this clinic are amazing, very professional, friendly and able to help with any needs. My life has dramatically improved with the treatment I get here, less pain, more mobility, and a much better quality of life I thank them everyday for the treatment and service I get from them.
I've been seeing Dr. Aj weekly for a few years now. He is amazing, he listens to my situations, answered any questions I have and offers solutions to any issues I might develop. Over the years there have been a few changes in reception and nursing staff. Everyone I have delt with is amazing, professional, helpful and pleasant.
The doctor and the nurse Gwen here are amazing !! Very professional but at the same time will sit and listen to how you are feeling in every regards. I was getting my nerve blocks one time and Gwen and the doctor noticed how high my blood pressure was were high and they were concerned, they sent to Orangeville hospital and I was very fortunate that they did, I had to have my blood pressure medication changed and doubled. If you are considering going to a pain clinic , this is the place to go !!
Excellent and efficient staff. Professional, gentle and discreet doctors. I've been going for weekly shots at this clinic for over a year, and my life has improved greatly. From my ability to get through the day most days, to knowing that I'm going to get continual help and relief from everyone at Pain Care Clinics, Orangeville
I would like to thank Dr AJ for all his help making my life easier. He goes up and beyond in my health care. I have been coming to Orangeville Pain Clinic for over 2 years. The care I receive makes a huge change. Without his care I would be walking with a walker. His assistants give the same care they make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you Dr AJ and all your staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Liaghati-Nasseri and his staff for well over a year. These injections have been a life change for me. I no longer feel overwhelmed about the pain. The staff are beautiful people who make you feel so at ease the moment you walk in.
