I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR!!! The kitchen was nasty and the customer service was horrible. The cashier did not smile or show any type of appreciation that we spent over $140 there. When the orange chicken came out, it was soggy, sauce didn’t taste like it was supposed to and the meat was completely dark grey. I didn’t like it at all and I politely told the woman who was cashiering about my concern. She immediately got defensive and told me that they don’t provide refunds for food. Funny thing is, I did not even want a refund, I just simply wanted to exchange it for something else and she told me no. I had to pay another $18 for a different type of chicken on top of my $130 order for my family. I was upset, but paid it anyway. It was just pure greed and I will never be back there. They clearly don’t care about their customers and lack good customer service. The food was not even all that great to be so expensive. You can’t just eat Chinese food from anywhere. Never again!!!
We got the almond chicken and general Tsos chicken with 6 dumplings. They were all pretty damn good! The food was tasty, the service was very friendly and fast. However we didn’t realize the meals don’t come with rice so next time we will probably order 1 meal and get a side of rice. I would recommend!
I have been there 2 times the first we ordered out and I remembered thinking that it wasn't great but it has been years since that experience and my normal favorite Chinese restaurant was closed so I thought I would give it another try. So sorry I did. The food was expensive and subpar to say the least. The bbq fried rice was good and the almond chicken was okay, and my husband said the spring rolls were good but the Mongolian beef was super rubbery and the sauce did not taste right, the crab ragoons should be called creamcheese ragoons because there was no noticeable trace of crab in them. The egg flour soup was so bland that I couldn't eat it... yes I know egg flower soup is bland in general I LOVE egg flower soup normally this was just extra bland and had a weird taste to it but I think one of my biggest complaints was for dine in service they served our food in Styrofoam to go containers, very thin cheap Styrofoam plates, all our soups and sauces were in Styrofoam containers and the utensils they gave us were the super cheap flimsy plastic silverware. Trying to dish up with those was a pain in the a** . They never once came to check on us or asked if we needed anything. When we went to leave they asked how everything was. We were polite and said fine but I will never go back. If I wanted to eat off cheap disposable plates and use plastic silverware I would just go to panda it would be way cheaper and the food would be better...
Always happy to get fed from here! Ordered food for pick up. Mongolian Beef. Doesn't seem spicy. But cooked perfectly. It did have quite a few of the whole red chilli peppers, but the spice seemed to be missing. Hot and Sour Soup. Now this must be where the heat went, cause this gave me the head and neck sweats! Orange Chicken. Some parts were crunchy, others were somewhat soggy, but all around good. Shrimp Chow Mein. They use the tiny shrimp. But all good. Doesn't seem oily or heavy seasoned. Just greatly balanced. It looked like there were only 2 people manning the place, but they hustled and got people squared away with their meals as quickly as possible. I ordered online and that was painless as can be. I liked the flow.
Our 1st time here, place is small but Food is big on favor and portions. So Good!! Very quick and friendly service. Sherman was awesome! Definitely going back.Food: 5/5
3 stars but I’d want to go back and try other dishes before ruling them out. Part of the reason is they are probably one of the closest Chinese restaurant by us. Please keep in mind the below review is based on a to go order and was not eaten in house. Family friendly: Yes Parking: Yes, shared spaces with other retail in the plaza Pet friendly: No FOOD: 1. General Tso’s Chicken medium spice $15.95: 3 stars. * Visually, the individual chicken breading are decently sized. Most pieces is 1-2 bites but if you’re not being dainty, you can definitely shovel down in a bite. The size of the actual chicken is small. The restaurant disguises it with double the breading LOL. Since it’s sauced, I can’t tell you if it’s crispy or not. * Taste wise it taste like standard general tso chicken. Nothing special but taste pretty decent. You do get a doughy taste due to the amount of breading. * REHEATING: Usually I don’t have leftovers - either cause it tasted really good or was so bad I didn’t want to take it home…. Anyway, reheating surprising didn’t taste worse. It was kind of the same lol 1. Salt and Pepper Pork Chop $15.95: 4 stars ONLY because it tasted better when reheated. * Visually, they were a decent size but similar to the chicken, the pork pieces were smaller than expected when you first look at it. Double the breading. * Taste wise compared to the chicken, I’d definitely get the pork over the chicken due to size and taste. I loved the salt-pepper, chili, Scallion taste. Personal preference but it was weird that they had “long” pieces of Scallion. Usually I’ve only seen the thin cuts of scallions. * REHEATING: Definitely gave this dish a level up. Maybe if we had the dish at the restaurant it would have been the same as reheating it in the air fryer..??? It crunch from air frying and the spice made this dish 4 stars. 1. Beef brisket wonton noodle soup not on the menu $15.95: This wasn’t on the menu but we ordered it because we saw someone else eating it when we went in to order our to-go order. I only ate pieces of this dish as this was something my mom ordered. Her answer if this was good was “your dad makes it a lot better.” The beef brisket and collagen pieces I would say are on the smaller size but very tender and flavorful. The dish only comes with 3 wonton pieces. Besides more wonton, Mm mom wished they included daikon pieces that normally is used for the broth. RESTAURANT and MENU: The restaurant is in a small strip mall so it’s not a big restaurant. The interior looks like what you expect from a quick Chinese fast food place. There was a mix of Asian and American diners. For those that use this rule, you know who you are, that’s kind of a way to judge how the food would be lol The menu is pretty large and only in English which I guess shows they lean towards the English speaking crowd. The Chinese dishes on the menu, which makes up approx 95% of the menu, is very Americanized, meaning it’s stuff you find in the very touristy part of any city. They do have a few Thai items mixed in which I’m not sure if ordered from a Chinese place. SERVICE: Since we didn’t dine in, I don’t have a huge perspective on their customer service. I’d say it’s what you expect from any Chinese restaurant.
I have been a repeated customer of this restaurant for years. The staff are always friendly and the food is always tasty. Just recently, I placed a large order for first responders, the owner and Lisa did an amazing job, preparing the food on time, each lunch box has been packed neatly, with the yummy egg rolls setting beautifully on a separate tray. I was very pleased by their efficiency, art of work, and even more, the owner provided huge discount without me asking. Very impressive by them professional skills and the integrity, and how generously they giving back to the community!
This is my favorite place for Chinese food. I love coming here with friends. We all get a couple dishes then share with each other. The proportions leave you with lots of leftovers for the next day. My favorites are the double fried pork, salt and pepper fried fish, and walnut shrimp.
Excellent healthy Chinese food we asked for no MSG and great quick service. Really pleased with the fixed lunch menu, great value for money. Broccoli white garlic sauce is the best broccoli dish I've ever tasted : The fried rice was superb and really made the dish. I had the Mongolian chicken and chicken was cooked really well.
Nice local Chinese restaurant with friendly owners. Great value for lunch specials and entrees! I would've given this restaurant a higher rating except the service was slow and the food took a while to come when ordered. Also, avoid if you are sensitive to MSG. I got the seven spice beef entree and I had severe headaches and uneasiness for the rest of the day.
