Terrible snow removal service. In a driveway that is for 10 cars he passes once and you never know when. Of course not all the cars are moved there is no where to put them. Does not come back even if he passed hours before it stopped snowing. Makes no attempt to inform tenants he will be coming by. He is very talented at being invisible though. Change professions.

Very very poor service. Been using Tromax for more than 15 years, and consistently comes after other companies. We have brought Allen much business, yet he has no respect and will gladly be rude to you if he’s not in the mood. Doesn’t have a problem hanging up on you. This is not the way to treat long term customers.

My house has been getting service from tromax for three years now.The snow removal service is very bad this winter.on multiple occasions the driveway has not been cleaned when I come from work.I call and they say they will send someone in an hour and sometimes shows up 5 hours later that’s if they show up at all i don’t park any cars in the driveway so that’s no excuse for it not to be cleaned.i lost one of the side markers and I asked 6 times for it to be replaced.I lost hope in the end and dug out the other one from the other side of my driveway.Very fast to get you in a contract and very fast to get money what when it comes to service I am sorry to say.It is very bad.will not be renewing my contract with them next winter.personal opinion if you don’t have the captivity to do the business don’t sign on people

Very good service, cares for clients and most importantly cleans the driveway marker to marker. Would recommend to anyone.

Became very disappointed with Tromax plowing service. Every time I hear a snow plow its a completor clearing the neighbours driveways multiple times during the day and night. Tromax is nowhere to be seen and tenancy to not show at all.
